Waiting?

See we know how to wait....We have waited before and we will wait again. Impatience is a quality of mine. Yes I said {impatience} because I acutally have no patience at all. So I get it. We are already to go and just waiting by the phone to hear the words "we're good to go" from the theater. Thanks for waiting as patiently as us. It's worth the wait! :)

Tracker Jacker

Capitalized

Seriously...this is not enough...although it is getting close to my idea of what a "capital" citizen would look like. Would you get lost in the capital? Would you fall to peer pressure and not ever think about those in the other districts? Do we do this now? Are we forgetting about the world and only living for our bubble around us? I would like to think that with all of the knowledge and technology we haven't forgotten what being a human being is all about.

That is part of the reason why we, The SagaGirls, decided to have our up coming event. Why not have a cause and reason to enjoy something. We would love to be able to make a difference for ACU and in the process have a great time. That is what being friends and family is all about.

Expectations

WOW! Do they want us to get excited or what. These people look so damn pretty....We know they will be looking dirty and gruff soon enough. Are you ready to start choosing? Have you already chosen your favorite? Can the movie persuade you to like a character more or less compared to how you felt in the book or do your convictions stay strong with you no matter what the movie does?

So you know that I am a HUGE twilight fan. I went into them not expecting much so honestly I wasn't that disappointed. Going into these I am so expecting greatness. Am I going to be sad at the end? Nope! I am determined to love this every single bit of it. Speaking of expectations...I wonder if the movies will change my perspective of the story? When I read Twilight I was never impressed with Jacob. I could never get behind Bela wanting to be with him. For me it was always Edward because he was her one and only. But in Eclipse I have to admit....I kinda saw why people loved Jacob. So, I hope that these movies can make me feel something for one of these characters more than I did in the book. It would be great.

The new Twilight?

Some of my favorite ladies that I love to read....LTT....compared this picture to the cast picture done of Twilight before the whole saga came out. I honestly had not seen this picture yet, but at first when I saw it on their site I just thought it was the Twilight picture. They are so similar. Funny that the producers would try to imitate that image. Do you think that this has become the "thing". Will every trilogy or book series do this? I never had a thing for Narnia, which is fairly recent so hopefully not. I would like to think that this series and Twilight have something special that they bring to the readers. I hope that it is not just another band wagon idea that I am jumping on. I was so engrossed in the series. I literally could not put it down. Is this just another fly by night trend? Will any of this last?

We,The SagaGirls, are so excited to be hosting another wonderful movie event this time FOR CHARITY! All proceeds of this event will go to the Autism Council of Utah (ACU). The ACU is ran solely by volunteers, therefore all the proceeds will go to therapy, research, education, etc., to find out more about the ACU please go to autismcouncilofutah.org. People are still talking about our last events. You don't want to miss out on this one........it's going to be Epic!

You are invited you to a premier showing of the movie Hunger Games on March 23, 2012. We will soon be filling our theater so please get your girls, get your guys, and get your family together, for the event that will definitely be our best yet. We will fill up fast so know how many you want in your group and have money ready to turn in. (this will be held the night of the opening not a midnight and in the evening so that we can get the best turnout possible)
